Having personal experience with workplace tragedy, you can count on Gus as the proponent of change that pushes EHS management software which will drive the path towards a Zero Harm and well-informed workplace. Starting by putting people first!

Product Manager
Dan has been part of Sofvie since day one, playing a key role in shaping the platform into the intuitive, reliable tool it is today. Grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement, he leads his development team with a deep commitment to building technology that truly serves the frontline worker.
Starting as a UI/UX Developer and advancing through QA Lead and Technical Services Manager roles, Dan gained a 360° view of how Sofvie is built, tested, and used in the field. Now as Product Manager, he guides the platform’s evolution with precision, working closely with clients and teams to ensure Sofvie remains a long-term, high-impact solution for safety, communication, and operational excellence.
Don Séguin
Client Services Manager
Don works closely with his teams to ensure client environments are set up and supported for long-term success, enabling Sofvie to deliver its full value. With eight years of experience as a Safety Training Supervisor in the mining industry, he leads by connecting technical execution to purpose, helping his team and clients understand how effective safety practices drive stronger operations. His practical insight into mining culture and safety’s role in daily work makes him a trusted partner in achieving health, safety, and operational goals.
Inspired by his father’s experience with a workplace injury, Don has made it his mission to create safer conditions for every worker and for the families who depend on them.

With experience in both mining administration and production supervision, Jacqueline brings a practical, ground-level perspective to digital transformation. She works with safety and operations teams to replace paper-heavy processes with simple, scalable workflows that crews actually use, helping organizations reduce admin burden, standardize work, and turn frontline data into actionable insight.
Based in Sudbury, Ontario, Jacqueline is known for making complex operational challenges feel manageable and worth solving.

Adrienne is based in Toronto, where she appreciates the city’s dynamic workforce, diverse opportunities, and vibrant culture – especially coffee. She joined Sofvie with a background in construction technology. Outside of work, her interests include travel, fitness, spending time with family, and seeking out sunshine whenever possible.
